Big thank you to the 6 teams who attended the Drumhillery Shield this afternoon. It was so great to have our first tournament in 3 years and the schools involved were Drumhillery, Hamiltonsbawn, Lisnadill, Killylea, Churchill, The Cope and Aughnacloy. It was a really entertaining competition with great skills and sportsmanship on show⚽⚽⚽!
After some keenly fought contests it was Drumhillery and Hamiltonsbawn who made it to the final, after emerging as respective group winners. Drumhillery tried so hard in the final but could not match a very strong Hamiltonsbawn side who ran out deserved 3-0 winners. Well done boys and girls for a great effort 🎉👏🎉👏🎉👏!
