We recently presented 2 cheques to ICU at Craigavon Area Hospital after fundraising efforts at Drumhillery PS. The proceeds came from a recent Beetle Drive organised by ‘Parents Of Drumhillery’ and also as a result of staff agreeing to forego receiving Christmas presents from parents in order that ICU should benefit instead. Many thanks again to all for your generosity. Pictured (back row l-r) is Ronan McBride (ICU) who received the cheques and outlined briefly what the money would be used for, Mr Campbell and Diane Irwin. Ronan pointed out that often the money received is not used for expensive new equipment but is needed for simple every day items which makes the patients lives easier and indeed those of their families.
